New course available on rheology

Johann Wiechers just finished writing a new course entitled “A Basic Introduction into Rheology Applied to Cosmetic Products”. In a single day, he takes you from the basic concepts of stress and strain and viscosity to the viscoelastic properties that characterise most cosmetic products. Attention is also given to the outcome of various experiments and when to do which experiment. The relationship between rheological characteristics and sensory properties are also discussed.
